 I love teaching and coaching at Johnson High School! I want to help the staff in pursuing excellence in the classroom and on the fields!  It is my goal to help your children grow mentally and physically in order to be successful in their next endeavor.

     I have taught and coached for 30 years at the high school level. This is my 8th year at Johnson H.S., but it's my 28th year in North East I.S.D.  Previously, I worked at Madison H.S. for 15 years and 5 years at MacArthur H.S.   I was on the inaugural staff at Akins H.S. in Austin I.S.D., and I also worked in Houston at Northbrook H.S. in Spring Branch I.S.D. for two years.  Before teaching at the high school level, I was a graduate assistant football coach/teacher at Midwestern State University, and graduate assistant in physical education at Texas Tech University.
