B.S. in Kinesiology - University of North Texas M.S. in Kinesiology (Adapted Physical Education) - Texas Woman's University
I have been teaching Adapted Physical Education in North East ISD since August, 2006. Teaching APE is a passion of mine and I enjoy working with all of my students. My goal is for all of my students to master their IEP goals and objectives and to have fun while learning. Music plays a big role in my classes. I believe that it helps get my students excited about learning.
I also coach Special Olympics at all of my campuses. I train my athletes in bowling, basketball and track & field.
I’m originally from Louisiana and I love my Saints! I graduated with my BS in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and MS in Kinesiology-Adapted PE from Texas Woman’s University. I have two daughters named Reagan and Kennedy. I enjoy spending time with them and my husband, who is also a teacher/coach. I also enjoy crafting, exercising and reading.
