Coach Selena Winbush graduated from St. Michael's Academy in Austin, Tx in 1998. Upon graduation from high school, Coach Winbush earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Kansas to play basketball and lettered four years for the Jayhawks. She earned her degree with a major in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication in 2003. Coach Winbush also earned her Masters Degree in Management in 2007

Coach Winbush is a REACH (Reagan Education Achievement Community Hub) Coordinator and is the Head Girls Basketball Coach.

Coach Winbush is married to David and has one dog (Cookie).
