Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelor of Arts Major Psychology, Minor Special Education Certifications: Special Education EC-12 Core Subjects EC-6
In 2012 I had the opportunity to go back to school so I took it! I graduated from Texas A&M San Antonio majoring in Psychology and minoring in Special Education. I dedicated myself to my discipline while managing to juggle three active teenagers. I found time to study between the hours of 10pm-2am and proudly graduated Summa Cum Laude.
I am also a surrogate parent advocate for a local school district, which allows me to advocate for teenagers with Autism in a group home setting. Advocating for these amazing teens has been a joy and a privilege.
My heart is in vocational training and providing my students with the tools and skills they need to succeed in this next chapter of their lives! I also understand the importance of loving each child and providing them with a safe and enriching environment.
Thank you for allowing me to play a part in the life of your student!
