Welcome to Ms. McDevitt's Website
I teach English II and English II Pre-AP at Ronald Reagan High School. I have been privileged to be part of the faculty at Reagan since 2009.
I earned a B.A. at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. I graduated from USC’s School of International Relations with a degree in International Relations in 1995. In 2002, I earned a M.A.T. at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. Upon graduation, I earned teaching certifications in both Social Studies and English. In Lawton, in addition to teaching full-time at the secondary level, I worked part-time as an adjunct instructor at Cameron University where I taught an undergraduate course in human geography. I have taught Social Studies, English, and ESL courses at the middle school and high school levels in districts throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
