Jill Bell, Instructional Dean of Mathematics

Besides being a teacher for the past 27 years, I am also an educational consultant with the College Board, and present week-long workshops to teachers over the summer on AP Calculus and Pre-AP High School Mathematics. It is lots of fun, and I love sharing with other teachers what I have learned about how to best prepare students for college level mathematics.

I have been at Reagan for 10 years now, having taught previously at Ferris High School in Ferris, TX, Pantego Christian Academy in Arlington, TX, Mansfield High School in Mansfield, TX, and Smithson Valley High School. I am currently the Dean of Mathematics here at Reagan and I absolutely love my job. Reagan is a great place to work and a great place to go to school! My 24 year old son graduated from Reagan in 2011 and just completed his degree at UNT and got a job working for the university. Reagan prepared him well for the rigors of college and I am so glad he had the opportunity to go to school here!
