Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Masters of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration
I grew up in Houston, Texas where I graduated from Alief Hastings High School. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University and recieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. I began my teaching and coaching career in 1993 at South Houston HS. After 5 years at South Houston I moved to Georgetown HS for the next 9 years. From Georgetown I took a job at Clear Creak HS in the Houston area and worked there for 4 years. My next stop was Madison HS where I have coached and taught for the past 9 years.
During my 27 years as an educator I have taught Algebra, Intergrated Physics & Chemistry, World History, US History, Health, PE, AVID, and AP World History. During that same time I served as an assistant basketball coach for 9 years and have 18 years experience as a head basketball coach.
I am married to Cindi Romine and have two daughters, Brooke and Maren.
