Kari Beth Langbein
Hello! My name is Kari Beth Langbein and I am an Agriculture Science Teacher at the Madison Agriscience Magnet Program. I am a proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2012 (WHOOP!) and received my degree in Agricultural Science. I currently teach Food Technology and Safety, Food Processing, Livestock Production and Principles of AFNR. I am also the supervisor for the Swine Barn which is located on the Madison campus, as well as the Madison Meats Lab.
I grew up on our family farm located in Sisterdale, Texas where we raised mostly showpigs. We also raised commercial cattle, sheep, goats and chickens. I showed pigs my entire life, and earned many scholarships through this endeavor to fully pay for my undergrad degree. I graduated from Comfort High School in 2008 where I was actively involved in FFA as well as many athletic activities.
