Degrees and Certifications:
B.A. in English with a minor in Journalism
Ms. Julia Anderson
This year marks the start of my 30th year in education. My first job was in Del Rio, Texas, where I stayed for 13 years teaching sophomores and juniors. I moved to Madison where I taught all the journalism programs until I transitioned back to English.
I now teach English I and English I Pre-AP.
I hope each student has the drive and determination to do his/her best on any given day. I hope my students have regular attendance and make up missing work in a timely manner.
I believe each student is capable of greatness. I believe if a person gives something his or her all, any obstacle can be overcome.
With this in mind, tutoring is available in ALL core areas in the library Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I wish my students are all readers or at least willing to read on a daily basis. Being able to read well opens doors to achievement, new cultures and adventure. Any thing can happen within the pages of a book.
Please contact me through email. My school email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to set up conferences with multiple teachers any time during the school year, contact the main office.
