Ms. Amanda Stark
I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s of arts degree in special education with an emphasis in learning disability. After graduating, I began teaching at Driscoll middle school in January 2005 until June 2013. At the beginning of the 2013-2014 school year, I transferred to MacArthur high school. While at MacArthur, I have worked closely with the math department in co-teaching algebra 1, geometry, math models, and math resource classes. At the beginning of the 2019 school year, I started as the special education campus coordinator at Garner middle school.
Throughout my years at North East ISD, I have recieved 2 superintendent awards and various school created awards. I look forward to cheering on all our Yearlings at their various events or concerts throughout the school year.
My goal for the school year is to provide each of your students with a memorable and successful educational experience. As a special education campus coordinator, I work closely with each of the special education teachers and the leadership team to help each student reach their full potential.
