Hi! I am Coach Ychlindria Dolcé, a passionate and dynamic teacher and coach, who is entering my 11th year in education. Currently, I serve in the role as Head Coach for the Cross Country and Girls Track programs. Additionally, I am the Assistant Athletic Coordinator for Brahma Athletics. I  strive to approach each day with enthusiasm and love for my career and the students I serve. Each day I am fulfilled, and I truly do feel I have the best profession in the world!

I am a University of Texas at Austin, alum, where I competed on a full athletic Track & Field scholarship--speacializing in the horizontal jumps. Along my career journey, I was able to attain a Master's degree from Concordia University, in Educational Leadership. It is my desire to lead with integrity, transparency, honesty, and compassion. I could not think of a better place to get to lead and grow with my fellow peers, besides MacArthur High School!

Outside of school life, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dan, who has also been an educator for many years. Together, we have two beautiful, energetic, SASSY daughters--Harlowe (4) and Havanna (3). Our favorite moments are spent together laughing and making the best of our circumstances.
