Mrs. Victoria Pool

Welcome Creative Writers! My name is Victoria Pool and I am stoked to begin another year here at NESA! Writing is my absolute passion, aside from movies. Currently I am obsessed with writing screenplays, sketch comedy, and stand up. Oftentimes when you are working on an assignment, I will be working alongside you pushing myself to continue to add to my works.

I am a graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) where I spent most of my time writing academically. Additionally I am a teaching consultant with the National Writing Project (NWP) as well as the San Antonio Writing Project (SAWP). Previous years have been spent working on my Masters in Reading and Literacy, teaching creative writing for the SAWP Young Writer’s Camp, and assisting with various professional development opportunities within SAWP.

Creative Writing is growing. We have so many exciting new opportunities and partnerships in the works!
