Mr. Ryan Newberger

I am very excited to be entering my seventh year teaching here at LEE.  I graduated from Bucknell University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education.  Following this I attended Syracuse University where I earned a Master of Science in Cultural Foundations of Education.  I have previously taught World Geography, World History, and Texas History at the middle school and high school levels.  I am currently teaching AP European History, Pre-AP World History and am one of the PALS co-sponsors.  I've spent many of my summers leading student tours of Europe.  To date, I have had the pleasure of visiting Germany, Italy, France, England, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Hungary, Austria, and the Czech Republic.  In the summer of 2019, I will be returning to Germany, France and Italy while adding Switzerland to my list.  I'm very excited to be sharing these experiences with my students.
