Mr. John G. Gallardo

As I embark on my 24th year in education, I realize more and more that my time in education is closer to the end than the beginning.  I started this journey teaching PE/Health in the East Central ISD in 1994 and finally made it to the best district in South Texas 3 years ago by way of Fox Tech, Clark, Wagner, Eisenhower, and Nimitz.  Currently I am the Athletic Coordinator at Ed White MS, but hope to advance to an administrative position in the next couple of years.

My experiences include teaching PE/Health, Psychology, and English at all grade levels from 6th thru 12th.  I have coached football, basketball, track, and baseball.  I was a Head Baseball coach for 10 years at Fox Tech, Clark and Wagner. I have also had the fortunate opportunity to coach in a State Semi-Final football game when I was at Clark HS.  I have coach many teams in the play-offs in all sports and was the first coach to lead the Fox Tech Baseball team to the play-offs in the history of the school.

I have been married 12 years to my wife Ann.  Ann and I adopted our daughter Analie as a new born in 2010 and she has definitely kept us young at heart.  Analie is a free spirited independent person with tons of energy.  I have two step-daughters as well.  Taylor is a graduate of The University of Texas in Austin and is a Physician Assistant in Austin.  Katelyn graduated from The University of North Texas and is currently in grad school at Texas State University in San Marcos majoring in Psychology.
