Mrs. Julie Post
Mrs. Post will be starting her 25th year of teaching orchestra this school year in North East ISD in San Antonio. She received her BME degree from Baylor University and began her teaching career at Wood Middle School in 1995 and then moved to Bradley Middle School in 1999. The Bradley Middle School Orchestra program consists of over 200 6th, 7th, and 8th grade orchestra students.
Mrs. Post has received the Marjorie Keller Young Music Educator’s Award given by ASTA, a PTA life membership award, and Bradley MS teacher of the year for the 2013-2014 school year. Mrs. Post is currently a member of TMEA, TODA, and Mu Omicron. She has served on the UIL Sightreading Committee and the UIL PML Committee.
Mrs. Post is married to Andy Post, a middle school band director in Comal ISD. They have 2 sons, Tyler-18 and Ryan-15. The Post family enjoys baseball road trips and have visited all 30 Major League baseball stadiums! She also enjoys reading, watching Netflix and reality TV!

Mrs. Post will teach Thousand Oaks Strings on M/W from 3:15-4:00 p.m. and Coker Strings on Tuesday/Thursday from 3:00-3:45 p.m.
