Mrs. Cristin Foreman
I am so glad to be here at Woodstone Elementary, and I call this my “home”. This is my 20th year at Woodstone. Before moving to Woodstone, I taught at Regency Place Elementary School in NEISD for 7 years. My goal this year is to make sure that your child will comfortable fit back in to the true face-to-face classroom experience, and be prepared for 3rd grade next year. I want to be the kind of teacher for your child that I would want my child to have.
I grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana, where my family owned a newspaper. Because of that, I have always enjoyed reading and learning new things. I still read the newspaper every morning while I am having breakfast. After graduating from high school, I moved to Waco, Texas, where I graduated from Baylor University. After graduation, I moved to San Antonio.
I am married to James, and we have a son, age 13, and a daughter, age 10. Our son is extremely inquisitive and is always wanting to research and learn new things. Our daughter wants to do everything that her brother is doing. She enjoys gymnastics, singing, and art. When I have extra time, I love to read, bake, take pictures, and relax in the mountains.
I welcome your input on your child. This is a team effort on making your child be a successful student this year. I am looking forward to a great year!
