Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! 

My name is Jennifer Sekula and I am so happy to be teaching First Grade. I started my teaching career in 1993 after graduating from Texas Tech. I have taught kindergarten, first , second, and was an Instructual Intervention teacher for Reading and Dyslexia. I have been blessed to be apart of the Roan Forest family for sixteen years. I love being a part of the magic everyday and watching my students faces light up with all their new experiences. I believe learning should be engaging and FUN and that is what I want to create each and every day.

My husband and I have two daughters. My oldest will be a freshman at Texas Tech University and my youngest daughter will be a junior at Reagan High school.

I absolutely love teaching First Grade and am looking forward to having an amazing year!
