Teresa Schlough

Welcome to Kindergarten at Northwood Elementary! I am looking forward to a year of exploration and growth with all of the children that will join me on this journey.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My specialization is in Reading. I had eight wonderful years exploring the world with six and seven year olds as a first grade teacher here at Northwood Elementary. Before that, I spent four years teaching pre-kindergarten at a private school. This year is my eighth year being part of the wonderful adventure that is kindergarten!

I am married to Don who is retired from CPS Energy. We have four grown children who still manage to keep us busy. When I have time I love to read and travel and most especially spend lots of time with my family.

I am looking forward to sharing the learning with you and your child this year. Let the adventure begin!
