Hello! Welcome to 8th Grade Social Studies | US History! I am honored to be apart of the NEISD | Wood Middle School Family!

I LOVE History and am looking forward to helping each student develop their own skills as student historians.

A little about me; I received my BS in Agricultural Business and Economics from New Mexico State University and my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Education Technology from the University of Texas at El Paso. 

I'm a Texas native and have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th Social Studies in El Paso and here in San Antonio.

I moved to the San Antonio area in May of 2020. My Husband's name is Dan and together we have a blended family of Caelyn 7 years old, and twins Cade and Riley 8 years old.

I will also be Coaching Track and Field this school year.

I look forward to getting to know the students, parents, and community members of WMS! Go Wranglers!
