Mrs. Garcia is a UTSA graduate in her 7th year of teaching. She comes to Krueger from Kirby Middle School (Judson ISD) where she lead the Treble Choir to their first UIL "Sweepstakes" in its 50-year history. Alongside the Choir, she also lead the Kirby Middle School Orchestra to several UIL Awards, including Superior Concert and Superior Sight reading. Mrs. Garcia loves singing, reading, and hanging out with her dogs - Canyon, Lucy, and Taco.

She has been with her husband, the Head Orchestra Director at Alamo Heights Junior School, for 10 years. Mrs. Garcia and her husband love to go to the movies and do an annual re-watch of all the 20-something Marvel movies every year. Her favorite is Endgame - because she loves time travel. She loves Starbucks Chai lattes and you'll usually see her wearing Vans or Chuck Taylors (and her mom probably bought them for her at a thrift store).

Mrs Garcia believes anyone can sing and is looking forward to a great year as a Krueger Falcon!
