"How you doing Texans!"
My name is Bridget Cervantes and I am very excited to be a Bulverde Creek Texan! I am an NEISD Alumni; I attended Thousand Oaks Elementary, Bradley Middle School and MacArthur High school. From there I went to the University of the Incarnate Word and graduated in 2012. I am from a long line of teachers! I began my career student teaching at Las Lomas Elementary in a 5th grade Co-teach classroom. Since then I have had the opportunity to teach resource 2nd - 4th grade, KG sped, 2nd grade sped, 5th grade co-teach and 3rd grade co-teach. (all grade levels KG - 5th sped) This will be my fifth year at Bulverde Creek Elementary. My Husband Michael and I have been married for 5 years and we have two beautiful children. We have a very energetic 4yr old daughter and a very curious 1 year old son, our hands are very busy when at home. We also have our fur baby's, two boxers that are extremely spoiled. Over the summer we became foster parents for a local boxer rescue group. We love traveling and seeing the world, our favorite place to visit is the Grand Cayman Islands and we have been there numerous times. I cannot wait to be able to travel again! I absolutely love working with students and I am ecstatic to be working with a new group of future leaders. I look forward to an amazing and memorable 2020 - 2021 school year.
I value your opinion and would love to hear it! If you ever have and questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
