Mrs. Jimenez

Tia Jimenez is a graduate of Brigham Young University- Idaho. Her degree is in Special Education, and she taught Special Education for 2 years. Mrs. Jimenez now teaches 5th grade reading and writing, and is beginning her 3rd year as a teacher. She has multiple teaching certifications, including Special Education EC-12, Elementary Education EC-6, 4-8 grade English Language Arts and Reading, and English as a Second Language. Mrs. Jimenez has always been an avid reader, and particularly enjoys authors such as Agatha Christie, J.K. Rowling, and C.S. Lewis. Mrs. Jimenez's other interests include snow skiing, hiking, camping, and watching the rain. Mrs. Jimenez is passionate about reading and writing, and enjoys helping students grow and develop the skills to become successful readers!
