My name is Leticia Peralta and I am the Student & Family Liaison at Churchill High School.  I want to share a little bit about my background.  For more than 10 years, I have worked in an educational setting providing services for students, parents, and teachers.  I have a B.A. in Spanish from the Univeristy of Texas at San Antonio and a M. Ed. In Administration from Angelo State University. I have been a Spanish teacher for 8 years, the Department Head for World Languages for 6 years, and I had the pleasure of taking on the role as a Senior Sponsor for the year 2020.

As a Student and Family Liaison, I organize and provide ongoing classes and workshops for the Churchill Family Engagement Leadership Academy in six domain areas:  Parenting, Life Skills and General Knowledge, Health, Safety and Nutrition, Academic Skills and Art and Cultural Awareness.  I will also help organize and implement various events for the students and their families. My primary goal is to connect the parents, the school, and the community.
