Level II
An appeal to the Level I decision must be filed no later than the 20th day after the date on which a decision on the grievance was made.
After the Level One hearing, the complainant may supplement the record with additional documents or include additional claims. Hearings are held with the appropriate Executive Director and scheduled within 10 days of receipt of the Level II filing.
The Executive Director will respond in writing to the complainant within 20 days of the conference.
“Days” shall mean District business days, unless otherwise noted.
If the Level I Conference outcome does not meet the complainant's satisfaction, they may request a Level II Conference by submitting this form by email to the Executive Director of Pupil Personnel Services at grievances@neisd.net within 20 days of receipt of the Level I written response.
