NEISD Student Placement District Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in completing your student placement in North East Independent School District. North East ISD supports teacher certification programs which require the completion of classroom observation hours. We support these programs in the belief that, by allowing access to our schools and classrooms, participants have an opportunity to gain valuable experience in their professional development as a teacher.
To streamline the placement process, the Human Resources (HR) New Talent Team will be your point of contact. The New Talent Team will coordinate with campus principals. Please do not reach out to the Principals/Teachers/Directors directly.
Placements are processed in the order in which they are received. We will attempt to honor all placement requests. However, keep in mind that placements are determined by the HR New Talent Team in collaboration with Principals and will be communicated to ACP’s/Universities once finalized.
Each semester a new placement request, a new application, and a new CCH must be submitted.
