Submit a Facility Reservation Request

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND UPDATE: As of May 22, 2025, Driscoll Middle, Clear Spring Elementary, and Wilshire Elementary Schools are not available for facility use.

EMS Web App (formerly Virtual EMS) is a web-based application that provides efficient means by granting requesters the ability to submit facility requests, edit facility requests, book space, and view reservations.

Once a web account is created and submitted, the Facility Reservations Office will receive a real-time message indicating a login account was requested.

2026 - 2027 School Year

The Facility Reservations Office shall process practice events for Youth Sports by seasons ONLY as follows:

First Week of School: Requests are not authorized for this week.
Fall Season: Monday, August 24, 2026 through Friday, November 20, 2026
Winter Season: Monday, November 30, 2026 through Friday, March 5, 2027
Spring Season: Monday, March 15, 2027 through Friday, May 21, 2027
Last Week of School: Requests are not authorized for this week.
Summer Season: During the summer months, campus use is limited due to district-wide construction and engineering projects, campus facility maintenance, repair projects, summer school programs, and feeding programs.

COURTESY REMINDER: Youth Sports requests should be submitted via age-appropriate levels in conjunction with campus levels and as further instructed on the Event Management System (EMS) steps; e.g., elementary school-aged children at an elementary school and middle school-aged children at a middle school. For high school-aged children, contact the Athletics Department directly at (210) 356-6900. FRO is not authorized to rent high school athletics venues for youth sports.

Effective July 1, 2025; processing fees shall increase from $35.00 to $40.00.
