Door Access Information:
The HID Card is your key to accessing exterior and interior security doors or elevators in the North East Independent School District. This card will act as your key to entering areas authorized by your Principal or Executive Director.
- Group A allows 24/7 access. Assigned to administrators and custodians.
- Group B allows 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday–Friday access. Assigned to teachers and paraprofessionals.
- Temporary hires, part-time substitutes, and contractors are not issued Access Cards. Please issue a Campus Admin Badge for door access.
- Campus Admin Badge hours: Elementary - 7:00am-3:30pm. Middle - 8:00am-4:00pm. High - 8:30am-4:30pm.
- Gym access must be renewed every school year on July 1.
Employee Badge Information:
New employee badges are only created and sent out to the campuses/departments AFTER we receive confirmation from Human Resources that the employee has completed orientation.
For badge replacements, complete the Badge Return/Replacement form then pony it to the PD. The badge must accompany the form.
Please allow two business days for all requests to be fully processed.
