    Course Description: This comprehensive laboratory course is designed to address a broad range of knowledge and skills related to personal development and management, family and community and preparation of adult roles. Influences of societal and technological changes, high demand human service careers and management of the nutritional needs and dietary practices are included. Students are encouraged to participate in extended learning experiences such as career and technical student organizations and other leadership or extracurricular organizations.
