Hello! Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! My name is Amy Oxley and I am the Choir Director at Tejeda Middle School. I am starting my 29th year of teaching music... 14 of which have been right here at Tejeda.

Teaching and music are two of my most genuine passions. I consider it a blessing and an honor to work with so many talented young musicians! And in middle school... every day brings fun and new adventures! It's definitely never boring! :) My hope is that your child learns to love and appreciate music just as much as I did when I was his or her age.

In my spare time I enjoy singing (of course!), shopping and kickboxing. I have three grown kiddos named Brandon, Taylor and Samie, and two crazy rescue pups named Molly and Minnie. I am looking forward to another great year making music! Go T-Wolves!
