  I am glad to be starting my fifth year here at Johnson. I graduated from Eastern Mexico University OVER 40 YEARS ago, with a Bachelors of Science in Geography. Graduate work was done at the University of Wisconsin 40 years ago in Cartography. Mr. K then worked at the Defense Mapping Agency for 15 years as Cartographer, Information Specialist and Photogrammetrist. At the ripe age of 42 I decided to be a Special Ed. Teacher, got my certification at the South West Texas University.

 I joined The North East ISD in 1997 working at Children’s Intervention Center and the Adolescent Intervention Center. I spent nine years at Kruger Middle School in self-contained class. Then on to Tejeda Middle School for nine years in ALE classroom. Now I'm at Johnson with the best of both worlds Applied Skills classes and ALE.

  Sometime in the last century a wonderful girl suffered temporary insanity and married me. We have been happily married over 40 years . We were blessed with a daughter. It is every parents dream for our children to find "That special someone who completes them". Our daughter found him and was married. I’m GRUMP-PA to two beautiful Grand Princesses MY BEST JOB YET!!
