I am a proud graduate from Robert E. Lee High School where I was part of the Lee-ette Spirit group all 4 years.  My senior year on dance team, I served as Dance Captain for the Rebel Rousers Dance Team.  I was lucky enough to attend college at Southwest Texas University in San Marcos, Texas (Texas State University).  Throughout my time there I was a 4 year member Strutter, where I served as a Lieutenant for 2 years and Captain my senior year.  During my time as a Strutter, I was blessed to travel the world.  I had the opportunity to perform in the 2000 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC, 2002 St. Patrick's Day Parade in Honolulu, Hawaii, 2004 BYU basketball game in Honolulu, Hawaii, and 2004 soccer game in Monterrey, Mexico.  While a Strutter, I was able to take classes from leading choreographers in New York and Los Angeles.  

After my time as an SWT Strutter I was lucky enough to dance for the San Antonio Spurs for 3 seasons (2004-2007).  Being a Spurs Silver Dancer was an honor, especially since I was there for 2 NBA Championships.    

I am starting my 22nd year on ShowMakers of America dance staff where I serve as a choreographer and judge.  

My teaching career started in 2005 where I was the proud dance teacher at Edgewood Fine Arts Academy, as well as dance director for Memorial and Kennedy High School.  I was given the privilege of being the Winston Churchill Cheer coach for 2 years, along with starting the fine arts dance program and serving as the assistant dance director.  I am now the founder & director of the Johnson High School Legacies dance team and Belles drill team.  

Out of all my accomplishments, my greatest one is being a mother to my precious daughters Zoey Grace and Olivia Taylor.  My husband and I are beyond in love with every moment they throw at us.
