Mr. Ismael Rodriguez

I graduated with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. After graduation, I was hired at Hyundai Corp. where I worked as a Design Engineer for 4 years. After getting married, my wife and I were blessed to work together in Christian Ministry for 8 years where we served churches in San Diego and Las Vegas. Throughout my college, engineering, and ministry journey, I discovered my love for teaching so I made a career change and continued my education at Drexel University in Pennsylvania where I received a Masters degree in Education Instruction with a certification to teach Mathematics. Today, I love teaching at Johnson High School where I hope to inspire young men and women in my Math classes. Lastly, but not least, I have been blessed with three amazing sons, continue to enjoy playing sports, and love spending time my beautiful wife and family.
