I was born in Pensacola, Florida in 1963. My family moved to Texas when I was three and I graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1982. In 1987, I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Geology and a minor in Biology. I moved to San Antonio upon graduating and started working several jobs in the oil industry. I got married, had two children. They have grown up and moved out.  In 1994 - 1995 I started my teaching career. I taught 8th grade science at Southside Middle School for seven years. I came to Reagan High School in 2002 and I have taught IPC , GMO, Chemistry, Environmental Systems, & ESS. Five years ago I made the decision to go back to IPC (Integrated Physics & Chemistry). This is my 22nd year at Reagan.
