Mr. Arthur "Ray" Chapa

Hello Larkspur! My name is Arthur "Ray" Chapa.  I have taught 5 years here at Larkspur.  I have 2 kids, my son Tony attends Texas Tech, (WRECK'EM TECH!) and my daughter Catalina who is a freshman at the Texas A&M Corpus Christi.  My wife retired from the Air Force.  I have taught many age groups and have found that elementary students are my favorite.
