A little about me

Hi! I am so excited about starting our new school year here at El Dorado Elementary School. This is my 11 years with North East ISD.

I graduated from UTSA with honors. Before I became a teacher, I was a Police Officer for the district for four years. I also worked as an after-school program teacher for eight years. I have four beautiful daughters and I enjoy their company very much! Two of my oldest daughters are also going to UTSA. Go Roadrunners!  I'm so proud of them and wish them luck with their education!

On the weekend, I enjoy reading and cooking for my family. My favorite food is lasagna. I make it all the time.

I moved here from San Francisco, California more than ten years ago. San Antonio has become my home and I have fallen in love with the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in this city.
