Hi! My name is Rachel Lindner, and I am so excited for a wonderful year at Hardy Oak Elementary. I have been teaching Special Education for the past seven years, and I am truly honored to work with my amazing students. There are wonderful things in store for the 2019-2020 school year! This year I am serving as the Kinder, 1st and 3rd grade Special Education teacher.

Growing up in a military family, I had the privilage of travelling the world with my family while I was a kid. I attended Texas A&M University and was crazy enough to join Air Force ROTC, the Corps of Cadets and the triathlon team. After considering careers in the Air Force and the sports world, I settled on education, which has been a lifelong passion for me. I started my teaching career six years ago and I have loved every year. 

When I'm not teaching, I'm spending time with my family, raising my two boys, and exploring the great outdoors :)
