Hello! This is the incredible Mr. Mejia. I am an international teacher from Honduras, and this is my third year having the amazing experience of being part of NEISD, but not the only years I have had the opportunity to teach. Through these years, I have built incredible and strong relationships with my fellows, and creating these connections with them allowed me to make a real and huge impact on their learning and at the same time make them experience meaningful moments with their classmates and with me. I am from San Pedro Sula, an industrial city in my country where I studied and graduated as an educator from UPNFM with high academic honors. Recently I got married to the most awesome woman ever, who is also involved in education, but she works as a librarian. Both of us love the inclusion of technology in learning. During my free time I love cooking, working out, reading and learning new things.

I am super excited about what the future brings to all of us in this 2024-2025 school year.
