Mrs. Shawn Hayden

Welcome! This will be my 22nd year in education. I have taught third, fourth and fifth grades and have spent the last 13 years in administration. I have my certifications in both special education and ESL as well as general education.  This will be my first year as a special education co-teacher, and I am thrilled to be back in the classroom! 

My husband and I have lived in San Antonio for the last 17 years. We have two grown children, a wonderful son in law and  3 year old grandson. To replace our kids and fill our "empty nest", we adopted an 8 lb terrier mix rescue dog named Annie. 

My favorite things to do are reading, decorating and spending time with family. I am so excited to join the Woodstone team and work with your students!
