Ms. Candy Jones

Hi, I'm Ms. Candy Jones! I teach English Language Arts and Reading Resource classes. I received my Master of Science degree in Secondary Education of Students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at R.I.T. in New York. My parents are Deaf, which is why I decided to become a Deaf Ed. teacher. I started my career in the Last Frontier at the Alaska State School for the Deaf, teaching elementary/middle school and then continued my career at Eagle County Schools in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado as an Itinerant Deaf Ed. teacher. This is my 5th year at Churchill and my 11th year in education.

My tutoring hours are: 8:15-8:45 A.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday each week in C103.
