Welcome to Professor Tillman/Prof T's Class!

I have been a teacher for over 10 years (/Professor for over 6) now and am teaching my favorite and most beloved classes right now. I am a native of Texas, but I lived in Seoul, South Korea 1.5 years (where I did my first 1.5 years of teaching, too; you can find pictures of my first class of kids at the front of our room). I attended San Antonio College & St. Mary's University, receiving both a Bachelor's in English Literature & Language (with a Minor in History) and a Master's in English Literature & Language. I am certified as a Professorial Master Teacher and proud to be employed by both San Antonio College & Northeast ISD. 

I will continue sponsoring Madison's representatives of The NEISD Student Voice Alliance Committee & co-sponsoring the Madison Book Club. || Professionally this year—I am involved in the Museo Institute 1-Year Cohort, Region 20/National Board Teacher Candidate 2-Year Cohort, NEISD's Inspiring Innovators, Senior Level English GT Curriculum Writing: Year 2 Arts Integration, AP Cohort. (Fun Facts: I have a Professor Instagram, 1 cat (bright white, named Pearl), read 100+ books a year, love to travel, and am an incurable geek.)
