Hello Colonial Hills families! My name is Salina Allaire and I am your Family Specialist. I have been a part of the Colonial Hills team since August 2018. I am a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University (Go Saints!), where I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work, with a concentration on service to children and families. Before my time with Colonial Hills Elementary, I found my passion for family engagement in education while working in the nonprofit world.  I believe parents are their child's very first and most important teacher.  My role as Family Specialist is to serve as a bridge to connect our families, our school and community to help our Colonial Hills Cougars lead the way to a successful future. Together We Make A Difference!
