Welcome!
My name is Mrs. Hernandez. This is my first year teaching at Reagan High School and 10th year in education. I started my teaching career at Samuel Clemens High School teaching Biology & Aquatic Science then went on to pursue my Master of Science degree in Biology at Texas State University while teaching undergraduate Biology lab courses and conducting educational research. The past 5 years, I taught middle school Science in the best district ever--- NEISD!
When I am not teaching, I am spending time with my husband and three daughters. We love our local teams such as the San Antonio Spurs and UT football! I also love to attend games and events happening on our campus.
This year, I will be teaching Biology, Honors Biology and sponsoring Academic UIL. I am excited about this brand new school year with all my students and getting to know each one! Let's make this the BEST year yet!
