Welcome to LEE Wrestling! Below you will find the workout schedule for the wrestling period for pre-season and off season workouts. Our season start date has been delayed until February. Current information regarding restrictions to competitions, travel, practice, etc. have not been released by the UIL at this time. Once the UIL releases the guidelines for the season, I will build and release the schedule for the 2021 season.
9:15 - 10:15 Skills practice
3:45 - 4:30 In person strength and conditioning workout (masks, water bottle, and athletic shoes required.)
All wrestlers and parents should join the wrestling Remind: @volwrest to 81010 to receive up to date information on scheduling and practice times.

- We will leave from LEE at 4:30 PM.
January 4th - Start of required practices JV and Varsity
-All Wrestlers report to the mat room at 4:00 PM

January 5th thru February 5th (Tuesdays, Wednedays, and Thursdays)
-Varsity Girls: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15 - 9:15 AM Wednesday: 9:15 - 10:15 AM;
-Junior Varsity and Varsity Boys: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 4 PM - 5:15 PM
February 8th thru the conclusion of the season (Monday thru Friday)
-Varsity Girls: 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
-All Boys: 7:50 - 9:15
