The 2015 Bond Walker Pool Replacement Construction-Manager-at-Risk Project provides for construction and complete building finish-out of a new natatorium facility and expansion of the existing in-ground pool using a Myrtha RenovAction System with supporting site demolition; earthwork; site utilities (domestic water, storm water, and sanitary sewer); erosion control installation/maintenance; slab-on-grade foundation; concrete forming and placement; masonry, metal building panel, and structural steel fabrication/ erection; pre-engineered roofing system with translucent roof panels, insulation, and waterproofing; millwork; carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware; glass, glazing, and storefront systems; resilient and resinous flooring, ceramic tile; drywall; ceilings; painting; bathroom toilet partitions and accessories; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection systems; technology data cabling, security, and intrusion detection systems.
