About my family: My husband is a home builder. My daughter lives in Washington D.C. with three of our granddaughters, while her husband is an Army Chaplain. My son, daughter-in-law, and 2-year-old granddaughter reside in San Antonio with jobs in geology and business. I love spending time with family, working outdoors, water skiing, fishing, reading, and, of course, teaching children.

Teaching my students to be life-long learners is what makes my profession so rewarding!
