This course expands upon the information presented in Principles of Health Science including an overview of the therapeutic, diagnostic, health informatics, support services and biotechnology research and development careers in the health care industry. Students will learn about body systems, CPR, and Occupation Specific Skills. My goal for you in this course is to help you develop your career interests and to decide if they are in one of the many Health Careers. This course is now a prerequisite course for Practicum in Health Science, (Hospital) Clinical Rotation.

Tutoring will be available in KY 131 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. Please let me know if you will be coming for tutoring so that I can have materials ready for you.
