Ms. Kelly Koepp

My name is Kelly Koepp. I am from Texas and just recently moved to Windcrest. My husband and I have been in San Antonio for a year and moved from Odessa, TX after 16 years, in July 2019. I am a vocational rehabilitation counselor and became certified to teach 8 years ago after 4 years as a transition counselor for the TX Department of Assistive and Rehabiitation Services ( now TWC VR). I met my husband at Texas Tech and followed him to the University of Wisconsin - Madison where I graduated with my Bachelors and Masters in Rehabilitation Psychology (VR). My husband and I have 2 children and a beautiful daught in law. Beth is an artisit who works in theater and dance, soon to be moving from NYC to LA. My son is a soccer coach and an Orange Theory coach in Wichita, KS and his wife is a Zoo keeper. 

I have spent my career assisting individuals with all abilities in community indiependence and employment. I have experience in College career counseling and high school transition. I began as a job coach and job placement specialist. I truly believe that all individuals have an internal need to need be contributing members of their own community. I look forward in helping my students develop their skills that give them as much indiependence as possible.
