Shadowing is the opportunity for 8th grade students to spend the day at ETA and experience firsthand what it’s like to be a member of our ETA family. (Shadow days will be determined each time we reach capacity but
you will receive a call with at least a week's notice so that you can make arrangements to attend for that designated day. These shadow days will be held throughout the rest of the school year.)
Students will be exposed to all 3 pathways offered here at ETA so they can make a more informed decision as to what endorsement they would like to pursue. Each participating student will receive an excuse letter from ETA addressed to your home campus as “school business” so your absence is not marked as unexcused.
We encourage interested students to come out and shadow ETA. Please contact the ETA office at 210-356-2317 to set up a date.
All applications will be
reviewed and those students selected will be notified on Friday, February 25th, 2022 via email.
NOTE: Deadline to apply is Monday, February 7th at 11:59 pm. After that time, the common NEISD Magnet Application Site will be closed.
Once all information has been submitted, a program representative will contact each student regarding their acceptance status.
