Ms. Christine Divers

My name is Christine Divers. I teach 6th - 8th-grade special education Resource ELAR classes at Jackson Middle School. I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in 2009. I am currently pursuing my Master's of Special Education through Sam Houston State University. I am a proud mother to all girls ranging from 4 months-28 years old, and two adorable grandkids.

Prior to entering public education, I worked in the business world. Once I graduated from UIW, I decided to cross over into public education. It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I joined the North East ISD family in 2012. I love working at Jackson, and I love working with my students. I believe in treating my students the way that I want my own children to be treated at school. I have high expectations for my students, and I hold them to high standards. I am very excited about this school year, and I look forward to teaching your children!
