Mrs. Robin Parris
WELCOME TO CHEMISTRY!
My name is Mrs. Robin Parris. I have lived in San Antonio, Tx since 1991 and began my teaching career in El Paso, Texas 28 years ago after graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)! GO MINERS! I moved around a bit before joining the amazing staff a Johnson High school. This is my tenth year teaching here at Johnson and my experience has included many different areas in the sciences. Chemistry, is however, my most favorite subject to teach.
I am married to Patrick Parris and have four grown children. My husband Patick, also a Science teacher, is at Samuel Clemens High School I have a son and three daughters, Noelle, Colin, Taryn and Erika who are my pride and joy! I have three sweet dogs that are also part of our family. My interest include nature, planning events, gardening, baking, decorating, crafting, camping, traveling and playing scrabble.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you to learn. I believe strongly that my job is to not only teach introductory chemistry, but to inspire an interest of science and a love of learning. My hope is that you will learn to love science as much as I do!
